First prepare the following ingredients:
- Nazzy Baker’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix: 1000g
- Egg: 200g
- Oil or Butter: 200g
- Water or Milk: 140g
- Total Weight: 1540g
Next, stir the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix, eggs, water and liquid oil mixture in the mixer for approximately 4 minutes and pour the resulting mixture into mould. You can add chocolate or walnut pieces to the batter optionally. Finally, bake the brownie batter in a moderate oven (180°C) for 30-40 minutes.
