Nazzy Baker’s Red Velvet Cake Mix
NAZZY BAKER'S RED VELVET CAKE MIX
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Red Velvet Cake Mix 1000g, Egg 400g, Water 300g, Softened Butter 120g. Total Weight 1820g.
Preheat oven to 170˚C. Grease cake pans. Combine Cake Mix, Eggs, Water and Butter in a large bowl. Whip for 1 minute on low speed and 5 minutes on medium speed. Bake for 40-45 minutes and then cool for 10 mins before removing from the pan.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Milk Powder, Wheat Starch, Cocoa Power, Emulsifiers (E475, E471, E472b, E477, E472a, E481), Natural Colourant (beetroot red), Salt, Flavouring (chocolate, vanilla), Thickener (E415), Acidity Regulator (E270).
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep closed in a cool (25˚C) and dry place.
