Simple Sugar Syrup For Cakes
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup water
- Pour sugar into a medium saucepan and then immediately add water.
- Bring to a boil and stir until all sugar has dissolved. (1-2 minutes)
- Allow cooling then place in Nazzy Baker’s Keep It Moist Sugar Syrup Squeeze Bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
